Marian is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation in the State of Ohio. She has a Master’s Degree in Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University, and a Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall of Law. She has worked as a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor at a PATH facility. She has over 25 years of experience working in health care with trauma survivors, and currently is contracted with three facilities in Ohio to provide equine facilitated psychotherapy. She also works part-time at a Level 1 Trauma Center on the Trauma Service. Marian and her husband Mark Milam live in Seven Hills, Ohio with their two unruly, freeloading canines, Finnegan and Murphy.
