I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1999. I have experience working with Individuals, Families and Groups, both in private practice and in the Non-profit sector. My experience is varied. Issues I have treated include: anxiety, depression, teen issues, self-esteem and family communication. I have specialized in treating clients who have experienced trauma for the past 10 years. I have always used an experiential approach to therapy, and believe that my clients have their own best answers.

I have a lifetime of experience with horses, and also qualify as an Equine Specialist.

I was trained in the EAGALA model in the year 2000. I practiced the model, became Advanced certified, and was on the Trainers team for 13 years. (2004-2017)

Since then, I have been actively using the model as well as obtained training in the Natural Lifemanship Model. I have been working with Veterans, First Responders and other Individuals who have experienced trauma. I love the team approach, and the varied tools I have learned.
