Katherine Owen joins our board with over 30 years of leadership and HR Management experience. She currently leads employee training and development for a digital transformation company. With training as a passion that threads her entire career and a love of horses, Katherine brings a perspective that can be leveraged at Eagala. She has been riding, training and competing horses where she has gained respect in her witnessing them transform people’s lives. Katherine holds a master’s degree in community counseling with a focus in addiction counseling and family therapy.
