Kimberly Ryan, Ph.D., is a dual-certified Eagala practitioner (ES and MH) who has been actively offering Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning through her not-for-profit private practice, In the Moment with Horses Inc., since 2013. She is also a Full Professor in the Faculty of Health Studies, Department of Psychiatric Nursing at Brandon University in Canada, where she teaches in both undergraduate and graduate programs. Kimberly brings a strong academic foundation and an extensive research portfolio, having contributed to numerous national studies and authored over 35 publications, including 18 in peer-reviewed journals. In addition to serving on two Eagala committees, she is dedicated to advancing research, education, and ethical practice within the Eagala Model.
