Lisa Gatti is the Founder and CEO of Pal-O-Mine, a nonprofit dedicated to equine-assisted programs that empower individuals of all abilities. With a background in special education, she founded Pal-O-Mine in 1995 and has since led nationally and internationally recognized programs. Lisa previously served as Chair of the Eagala Board from 2008 to 2013 and has held leadership roles with multiple nonprofit and government committees. A graduate of Leadership Huntington and the Energeia Partnership, she brings extensive experience in nonprofit management, community collaboration, and strategic leadership to her continued service on the Eagala Board.
