EAGALA Networking Group Agreements

This page is for the EAGALA Networking Group Coordinators to:

  • Review the networking group agreement and associated policies
  • Complete the online agreement signature form

Once the signature form is submitted, the EAGALA Program Director, Mickey DiGiacomo, will review and send the agreement confirmation to the coordinator.  This must be completed for the networking group to be approved by EAGALA and qualify as continuing education time for EAGALA Certification renewal requirements.

Step 1:  Please read the following agreement and policies prior to filling out the online agreement signature form:

  3. EAGALA Conflict of Interest Policy
  4. EAGALA Privacy Policy
  5. EAGALA Logo Use Policy
  6. EAGALA Communications Policies
